In keeping with my recent spate of posts concerning school choice issues, Charles Murray offers an op-ed making a slightly less conventional argument in favor of charter schools and vouchers - one actually based off the notion that school choice often doesn’t result in better test scores. It’s worth a look for anyone interested in either side of the issue.
